Poq Platform Release: Available now, market leading omnichannel functionality with in-store mode in the latest release on the poq native app platform.
In Pyxis, the latest platform release from poq, retailers and brands can now seamlessly join the online app journey and the store, giving users more ways to browse, explore and purchase. This empowers brands to deliver omnichannel experiences that are shown to increase the lifetime value of a customer considerably. Even though this is the first iteration and foundational level of the poq app platform in-store mode, an extensive research project was undertaken to ensure that this version is packed full of functions not available elsewhere in the market.
In addition, Pyxis sees the poq ecosystem growing with another three partners. Customers can now take advantage of Dynamic Yield Personalised Recommendations, Yotpo for UGC and product Reviews on the PDP plus Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Segmented Push which are all integrated to the poq platform.
Pyxis Platform Releases:
In-Store Mode
A user-enabled, in-store mode gives your best customers access to a raft of app features that can be easily used in a store. Features include barcode scanner, loyalty cards as well as allowing users to quickly check stock and find out about in-store products in more detail.
Loyalty & Wallet
A UI kit for loyalty is now available, providing key components to build any loyalty solution such as a loyalty card with a barcode or QR code that can be added to Wallet, creating lots of loyalty journey options such as coupons applied to a basket or scanned in-store.
Click & Collect (BOPIS)
This component is now available on the PDP and Cart so that users can select between home delivery or click and collect, ensuring that your app customers can choose the best way to receive their order for them.
Real-Time Onboarding
Onboarding content is now available as a run-time configuration, empowering retailers and brands to update their onboarding journey any time they like, also now includes support for videos.
Force Update and Maintenance
Brands and Retailers are now able to publish screens that can be used to block the user from accessing the app when required. A screen which forces the user to go to the store and update the app and a screen that can be scheduled for maintenance windows. Both are easily configurable from the poq App Manager.
New Ecosystem Integrations
In addition to the engagement features now available in Pyxis, poq has also welcomed three new Ecosystem Partners. Platform integrations are now available for Dynamic Yield to leverage personalised content on the homescreen, Shop, PLP, PDP and cart, while Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers can publish segmented push notifications to app users. Finally, UGC and Reviews can now be driven by Yotpo in poq apps.
