The integration enables poq’s retail clients to connect their Talon.One loyalty and promotions platform to their native app, giving customers a seamless way to view their loyalty status, browse and redeem rewards, and collect points in-store, all within a single, high-performance mobile experience.

What the integration delivers

With Talon.One now integrated into the poq platform, retailers can offer their app customers:

A personalized loyalty dashboard: Customers can view their points balance, tier status, and progress toward the next tier directly within the My Account section of the app.

In-app reward redemption: Customers can browse available rewards and coupons assigned to them in Talon.One, and redeem them directly within the app.

In-store redemption: For omnichannel retailers, customers can also present reward barcodes in-store for staff to scan, bridging the gap between digital and physical shopping experiences.
