Econsultancy’s ‘Nine excellent retail apps that help to foster customer loyalty’-ASOS, Amazon, Marks & Spencer, Dominos, H&M, Target, Zara, Asda & Walmart

Featuring case studies on the top nine retailer apps successfully increasing customer loyalty. Data taken from our shopping report shows that in November and December 2013, conversion rates from smartphone apps were 1.8% compared to 2.4% on desktop and 0.73% on the mobile web.
